Steps
-
Peel the potatoes, wash and cut into cubes
-
Place in a microwave-safe bowl with a lid and close the lid
-
Put it in the microwave on high heat for 6 minutes!
-
The diced potatoes are about 5 mature and set aside
-
Chicken chopped into pieces
-
Put the chicken pieces into the basin
-
Add 3 tablespoons seafood oyster sauce
-
Mix well and marinate for 5 minutes. This one (no cooking wine, no pepper, no light soy sauce is added to the chicken) does not follow the conventional marinating method! Remove the fishy smell and wait until it is ready to cook
-
Cut green and red peppers, onions and tomatoes into cubes, cut green onions into sections, slice ginger, and smash garlic! Spare
-
After the electric hot pot is powered on, put a small amount of oil into the preheated pot to moisten the bottom of the pot, not too much oil
-
Add the marinated chicken pieces and stir-fry over low heat without turning the chicken pieces
-
Add scallions
-
Add ginger slices and garlic
-
Add two sections of green onions and 5-6 slices of ginger next to the chicken pieces. At this time, you can smell the fragrant oyster sauce aroma. Why not add cooking wine and pepper! Because oyster sauce is the fresh and caramel color of seafood, and the natural color of oyster sauce is very beautiful
-
Add two pieces of star anise and a small piece of cinnamon. The aroma of the spices should not be too strong.
-
Slowly sauté the chicken over low heat until the chicken is golden brown. Add 2 tablespoons of bean paste and stir-fry until the chicken is golden brown
-
Pour in the beer that covers the chicken nuggets🍺! Beer 🍺 is a low-alcohol wine suitable for stews! The beer added to the cooked food tastes delicious! Rich in nutrients!
-
Add 2 teaspoons of pepper to remove the fishy smell. Use more pepper for Xinjiang cuisine! Highlight the peppery flavor!
-
Add a little sugar to enhance the freshness and neutralize the aroma
-
Instead of adding light soy sauce, add a tablespoon of dark soy sauce. The dark soy sauce will look good in color and will not be too salty. You cannot add salt (because oyster sauce is salty and bean paste is salty)
-
Bring to a boil and cook for 5 minutes
-
Add 5 ripe potato cubes
-
Stir well and simmer for 5 minutes to add flavor!
-
Take another pot and put in appropriate amount of oil,
-
Add green and red peppers, onions and tomato pieces
-
Stir fry quickly until cooked through, add appropriate amount of salt to taste
-
Then add the fried green and red pepper, onion and tomato pieces into the potatoes and chicken
-
Mix well for 1 minute to allow the vegetables to absorb the soup!
-
Stir evenly and take it out of the pot, leaving some of the soup for pouring over rice.
