Warm vegetable and meat wontons
Overview
I made large vegetable and meat wontons by myself, cooked them and cooled them slightly, then mixed them with peanut butter, light soy sauce, vinegar, red oil, etc. to make a sauce and eat them!

Wash small green vegetables

Pour water into the pot, take it out and squeeze out the water

Chop the green vegetables into fine pieces

Chop the minced meat together evenly again

Put the vegetables and meat into a bowl and add the eggs

Add cooking wine

Add some salt

Add oyster sauce

Add some light soy sauce

Add some sesame oil and mix well

Take a piece of wonton wrapper and put appropriate amount of filling

Dip some water around, then fold the wontons in half

After the water in the pot boils, add the wontons. When it boils again, add cold water and cook until the wontons float on the water

Remove the wontons and add sesame oil to prevent them from sticking

Sauce: Take a small bowl and add peanut butter

Add light soy sauce

Add balsamic vinegar
-
Add granulated sugar
-
Add some red oil and mix well
-
When the wontons are warm, pour the juice over and mix well
