  1. Pick the top twigs of fresh Houttuynia cordata. Fry the Houttuynia cordata in a hot oil pan first and take it out as soon as it changes color.

  2. Cut the tofu into small pieces and slice the lean meat. Put the tofu into the hot water and add the dried gardenia flowers. After the water boils, cook for about 5 minutes, then add the lean meat and cook, add salt and MSG to taste. (Just cook the lean tofu soup as usual)

  3. Pour in the fried Houttuynia cordata and bring to a boil. This is my first post, so I didn’t take pictures of all the steps!
