Leek and Shrimp Cake
Overview
Shrimp is extremely nutritious, containing several to dozens of times more protein than fish, eggs, and milk. It is also rich in potassium, iodine, magnesium, phosphorus and other minerals, as well as vitamin A, aminophylline and other ingredients. Its meat is as soft as fish and easy to digest.

Pick and chop the leeks.

Wash and peel the shrimps, use a toothpick to pick out the shrimp threads, add cooking wine and marinate for a while.
