A nutritious soup for autumn--------[Peanut Corn Pork Ribs Soup]
Overview
I have been making this peanut, corn and pork ribs soup for some time. I like to cook the pork ribs soup with corn. The soup is sweet and not greasy. I also add some red peanuts and wolfberry, which makes it more nutritious. A bowl of pork ribs soup in this autumn season is both nourishing and delicious!
