It was hot and I was too lazy to make dough, so I just bought dumpling wrappers. The dumpling wrappers sold in the market will be dry. You can put a circle of water on the edge of the dumpling wrappers to prevent the dumpling wrappers from falling apart.

Place the wrapped dumplings in a row, boil water in a soup pot on the other side, throw the dumplings in and cook. When putting the dumplings into the pot, be careful to stir them gently with a spoon so that they don't stick to the bottom of the pot.

After the water boils for the first time, add cold water once and continue to boil until the water boils, then add cold water again. After boiling for the second time, you can take out the dumplings.
