Wash the cabbage and onions and cut them into appropriate sizes, wash the bean sprouts

Garlic cloves and sliced pork belly

Mix oyster sauce, light soy sauce, and sake to make a sauce

Bring water to a boil, add udon noodles and blanch for 1 minute, remove and drain.

Heat oil in a wok and sauté garlic slices until fragrant, add pork belly and stir-fry until white

Add onion and fry until 7 minutes cooked

Add cabbage and bean sprouts and stir-fry until cooked

Pour in the udon noodles, top with the sauce, and stir-fry evenly

Sprinkle with pepper and stir-fry evenly, remove from the pan and serve on a plate, and garnish with shredded nori.
