Overview
There is a very famous dish called braised pork. Today I use chicken wings, so I call it braised chicken. It tastes really good. The rice is blended with the rich aroma of mushrooms and the fresh aroma of peas, plus the fresh aroma of chicken. It is salty and delicious, so don’t eat too much. On the festive table, such a dish will be loved by everyone. You can use all glutinous rice, because I want to reduce the softness of this dish, so I use half of ordinary rice, so that this dish can also be eaten as rice.
