Prepare a piece of mutton.

Slice the ginger, prepare 5 grams of Angelica dahurica and an appropriate amount of fennel.

Stir-fry over high heat for three to four minutes.

Add enough boiling water to the pot, cook over high heat for 20 minutes with the lid off, and use a spoon to remove the foam on top.

After the soup begins to turn slightly white, add Angelica dahurica, cumin, and ginger at this time, and continue to cook for 10 minutes with the lid off.

When the color of the soup is relatively white, you can add carrots, cover and simmer for about 20 minutes. The mutton soup will become milky white.
