Set dry vermicelli aside.

Chop cilantro and green onions.

Slice tofu.

Put an appropriate amount of stock into the pot, then add the vermicelli, bring to a boil over high heat, continue to add the tofu, reduce to low heat and simmer for 10 minutes.

Put coriander, green onions, salt, thirteen spices and MSG in a bowl.

Pour in the stewed vermicelli and tofu soup.
