Dried cuttlefish braised pork
Overview
I’ve never tried making dried cuttlefish as a gift from a relative! After reading some recipes from experts, I thought I might as well braise it with pork belly!

Dried cuttlefish in bags

Take half and soak it in warm water for more than 2 hours

Wash the pork belly

Cut the meat into small pieces

Put it into the pot and add ginger and scallion water

After discoloration, remove and rinse away the blood foam and set aside

Clean the soaked dried cuttlefish and cut it into small pieces

Heat oil in a pan and sauté onion, ginger, garlic and red pepper

Add dried cuttlefish slices and pork belly and stir-fry together, add cooking wine

Add appropriate amount of water, aniseed, star anise, cinnamon and bay leaves and bring to a boil

Pour the ingredients into the electric pressure cooker and use the electric pressure cooker to pressure for 30 minutes

Return the ingredients to the wok, add soy sauce, dark soy sauce, rock sugar, and rice vinegar, bring to a boil again, then reduce heat and simmer until crispy

When the soup thickens, drizzle with sesame oil, sprinkle with chopped green onion and serve
