Fried pork slices with onions
Overview
Sliced meat and fried onions, a very simple home-cooked dish. It is a frequent visitor at my dining table. The most important thing is that the children like it!

Prepare ingredients.

Cut the lean meat into thin slices, add appropriate amount of salt, soy sauce, rice wine and cornstarch and marinate for 5 minutes; clean the onions and cut into small pieces.

Cut the garlic sprouts into sections.

Heat oil in a pan, first add the roots of the garlic sprouts and saute until fragrant.

Add lean meat and stir-fry.

Then add the garlic leaves and stir-fry until fragrant. Stir-fry the lean meat and set aside.

Then add the onions and stir-fry for a few times, add a small amount of water and simmer until cooked.

Then add the fried lean meat together, add appropriate amount of salt, soy sauce, and oyster sauce.

Stir-fry and mix well.
