  1. Prepare ingredients.

  2. Cut the lean meat into thin slices, add appropriate amount of salt, soy sauce, rice wine and cornstarch and marinate for 5 minutes; clean the onions and cut into small pieces.

  3. Cut the garlic sprouts into sections.

  4. Heat oil in a pan, first add the roots of the garlic sprouts and saute until fragrant.

  5. Add lean meat and stir-fry.

  6. Then add the garlic leaves and stir-fry until fragrant. Stir-fry the lean meat and set aside.

  7. Then add the onions and stir-fry for a few times, add a small amount of water and simmer until cooked.

  8. Then add the fried lean meat together, add appropriate amount of salt, soy sauce, and oyster sauce.
