Overview
It is customary to collect the cut corners in a crisper box when steaming bacon, liverwurst, and bacon; firstly, it does not look good on the plate, and secondly, the taste is slightly hard. Just chop up the edges and corners and use them for fried rice, cooked rice or stir-fried oolong, and it will be transformed perfectly!

Prepare ingredients; mince shallots, mince green garlic (separate into green garlic & white garlic), cut cured meat into small dices

Heat the pan over low heat and fry the cured meat until fragrant and shrunken, add the shallots and stir-fry until translucent

Add garlic and saute until fragrant

Soak the rice cakes in boiling water until soft (it saves time, as it takes a long time to cook them directly in the pot)

Take out the rice cake, stir-fry, add oyster sauce, soy sauce, rice wine, add a little water and bring to a boil
