Fried Spanish mackerel
Overview
The sweet and sour fish balls made with Spanish mackerel last time were sour and sweet and delicious. This time, instead of the usual fried or smoked mackerel, I went directly to stir-fried mackerel meat. The method is simple and delicious, and I feel good about myself.
