Steamed Carrot Meatballs
Overview
I make meatballs every now and then. The children usually barely move their chopsticks when cooking meat, but they like it very much when the pork is made into meatballs, steamed or braised. Adding a few carrots, which you don’t like much, makes for a delicious meal.
