Soak glutinous rice, brown rice, black rice, and mushrooms for at least two hours.

Chop the mushrooms, carrots and green onions finely, heat the pan and add oil. When it is hot, pour it on the mushrooms and mix well. Add an egg and meat filling and mix well.

After the rice is soaked, drain it and add the mixed meat filling, salt, sesame oil, and pepper noodles. You can dip it with chopsticks to taste the salt.
