Chop green onions, scallions and coriander and mix into minced pork and seasonings

Stir ingredients for siomai filling until elastic

Take a dumpling wrapper and put an appropriate amount of green onion and fresh meat filling

Wrapped into siomai shape

Place the wrapped siomai on a greased plate and spray some water

Pour cold water into the pot and steam for about 20 minutes. If there are less stuffings, shorten the steaming time
