Today I made a Ruyi-shaped meat roll to bring good luck and good fortune. I wish everyone all the best in the new year. Northerners love to eat pasta, and Tianjin is no exception. Steamed buns, flower curly cakes, steamed buns, and meat dragons are all indispensable staple foods in my family. During the New Year and festivals, some should be steamed in advance. This meat roll is very popular with children. However, I rolled it a little loosely and the shape was a bit unsightly. The child said to me: Mom, aren’t these glasses?
