Homemade tofu curd
Overview
I never dreamed before that the classic breakfast of snacks - tofu curd and fried dough sticks - can now be easily made at home. This is really surprising. Because I often hear old people say that making tofu is hard and difficult. You have to get up early in the morning to grind beans, cook soy milk, and make tofu. So I never thought that I would make tofu at home. Now we have followed the trend, and I have learned not only to make tofu, but also tofu puffs, which is really amazing. After my husband and second sister-in-law tasted the tofu puffs I made, they both agreed: It is much more delicious than the tofu puffs sold at the breakfast stalls in the community, haha, I was really happy after hearing that----
