Cheese Chive Bread
Overview
Chive cheese bread has always been one of my favorite breads, and my family also likes it very much. I used to buy the bread from 85 Degrees before I started baking. Now I can make it whenever I want. I can also add floss, sausage, etc. to the bread according to my own preferences. It is full and full.

Steps
-
Put all the ingredients required for bread into the bread machine except warm water and butter, and start the bread machine's dough function. (The dough function of my bread machine is kneading + fermentation, the total time is 1 hour and 40 minutes)
-
While kneading the noodles, slowly add warm water.
-
When kneading until it forms a ball, add butter and continue kneading for about 40 minutes.
-
After kneading, let it rise to 2-2.5 times in size.
-
Take out the risen dough, deflate it, divide it into 4 equal parts, roll it into balls, cover with plastic wrap and let it rest for 15 minutes.
-
While the dough is resting, prepare the meat floss and cut the sausage into cubes.
-
Take a piece of dough and roll it into a sheet with a rolling pin. You can roll it thinner at the bottom.
-
Place the pre-cut sausage dices and meat floss on top and press lightly.
-
Roll it up from top to bottom, close the mouth on both sides, and pinch it tightly.
-
Put it in the oven to ferment, and put a bowl of hot water on the bottom floor of the oven. In summer, it can be fermented directly at room temperature.
-
When the bread has risen to double in size, take it out and brush with egg wash.
-
Sprinkle with cheese and salad dressing.
-
Continue to pour on the tomato sauce.
-
Sprinkle some chopped green onion.
-
Put it in the oven and bake at 180 degrees for about 15-20 minutes. After coloring, cover the surface of the bread with tin foil to prevent the color from getting too dark.
-
When grilled, the aroma of cheese and chives fills the house.
-
A very delicious bread, especially if you like cheese flavor, you will love it even more.
