Three fresh fried noodles
Overview
I like thicker noodles when it comes to fried noodles, but someone likes thin noodles. When someone is not at home, I fry up a fried noodles that both my son and I like. I think the noodles are chewy and even more delicious when paired with some vegetables!

Prepare main ingredients.

Add cooking wine and salt to the shredded meat and marinate for about 15 minutes.

Cut the carrots finely and blanch them in water.

Blanch the carrots and set aside in cold water.

Put a little cooking oil in the pot, stir-fry the shredded pork at high temperature, add light soy sauce and dark soy sauce.

Put an appropriate amount of water in the pot, add a small amount of salt when the water is boiling, boil the noodles, prepare cold boiling water in the basin, put the cooked noodles into the cold boiling water, take it out and set aside.

Continue to put a little cooking oil in the pot, add the garlic cloves and stir-fry the oil over high heat.
