Prepare ingredients.

Cut the tofu into 1cm thick slices.

Arrange on plate.

Put it in the microwave for 2-3 minutes to remove some of the moisture. Then use kitchen towel to absorb the surface moisture.

Heat oil in a pan and fry the tofu.

Fry until both sides are golden brown and take out.

Add bone broth to the pot, add all the seasonings and simmer for 5 minutes to make brine.

Soak the fried tofu in brine for 10 hours.

Take out the tofu and slice it diagonally.
