Spicy Pork Knuckle Stewed with Kidney Beans
Overview
Pork knuckle can improve iron deficiency anemia and moisturize the skin at the same time; eating more white kidney beans can eliminate hunger, block a large amount of calorie intake, without affecting the absorption of other nutrients, and help lose weight. The two are combined to make a stew. The soup is rich in meat and fragrant with fresh beans. It is really a good dish to go with rice!
