Wash, peel and slice the lotus root and set aside.

Add water to the pork filling, stir well and add an appropriate amount of chopped green onion.

Heat the cooking oil and pour it on the chopped green onions, then add all the above seasonings and stir evenly.

Spread the meat filling on the lotus root slices, and then cover with another slice.

Add half a bowl of water to half a bowl of noodles to make a paste and set aside.

Heat oil in a pan.

Put the lotus root box on the batter and fry it in the oil pan.
