Stir-fried river shrimp with perilla
Overview
My sister-in-law brought these river shrimps back at around 10 o'clock on Saturday night. At that time, the shrimps were very vigorous and alive. They were kept in the refrigerator for one night. When I brought them to cook in the morning, they all stopped moving. Then I picked a few slices of perilla and fried them. They were very delicious and fragrant.
