Fried rice with black bean and vegetables
Overview
I want to eat fried rice. I cooked extra rice yesterday and used it to make fried rice today. I put some of my favorite ingredients in it and it doesn’t use much oil. It’s much more delicious and healthier than the ones outside.

Prepare materials

Dice vegetables

Cut the chicken into cubes and marinate it with cooking wine, salt and light soy sauce

Heat the oil in the pan and fry the chicken until cooked.

Add some oil and stir-fry tempeh

Add vegetables and stir-fry for a while

Add rice and chicken and stir-fry
-
Add salt
-
Add some light soy sauce and dark soy sauce and stir-fry evenly

Finally sprinkle with chopped green onion
