Overview

I used a new casserole to make a chicken stew. The aroma was really overwhelming, and the chicken was especially tender and flavourful. It was extremely delicious.

  3. Marinate the blanched chicken pieces with barbecue seasonings, light soy sauce, thirteen spices, salt, cooking wine, ginger, and green onions for 20 minutes to add some flavor

  4. Prepare fungus, carrots cut into small pieces, and dried red peppers cut into sections. Sliced garlic and ginger

  6. Then add the carrot cubes and stir-fry

  8. Add appropriate amount of boiling water, oyster sauce and salt to the seasoning for marinating the chicken and pour it into a casserole. Place the fungus and scallions on top
