My favorite cold shredded chicken noodles during summer lunch time
Overview
The most important thing to think about every day is what to eat for lunch and what to eat for dinner. In the hot summer, I don’t really want to eat steaming meals, so a bowl of simple and slightly spicy cold noodles is good. All the ingredients are boiled in water and mixed with refreshing seasonings.

Prepare all the ingredients

Wash the bean sprouts and cook them in water

Boil the noodles in water. Don't take too long. They should be a little harder. After cooking, run them through cold water to wash away the excess starch
