Steamed grass carp with black pepper
Overview
1. Cut grass carp into sections 2. Add seasonings, chopped pepper, tempeh, ginger and garlic, soy sauce, cooking wine, pepper and chili oil and stir well. Then add dark soy sauce for coloring, and finally add cornstarch, mix evenly and steam in the pot. 3. Steam over high heat for 12 minutes and remove. 4. Sprinkle with chopped green onion. 5. Heat peanut oil in a pot and pour it on the steamed fish. Serve.
