Mushroom and pork pot stickers
Overview
The last time I saw this rose pot sticker, my son shouted that he really wanted to eat it. I bought dumpling wrappers today and thought about making a meal for him. I made a total of six, and then I ate three of them myself. The filling was mushroom and meat dumpling filling, and it tasted great. The amount here is more than 40 dumplings. If you only want to make 6, just 1/4 the amount

Wash and chop mushrooms, chives, and mince ginger and garlic

Peel, wash and mince the plum meat or mince it with a meat grinder
