Cut pork belly, bacon, sausage, ham and other meat ingredients into thin slices (pork belly can be selected in advance and frozen in the refrigerator or freezer overnight for easier cutting). Wash the potatoes and lotus root and cut into thin slices (do not cut the lotus root between two pieces, as the meat filling will be stuffed inside later, so be sure to cut it thinly to prevent the meat filling from being undercooked). Wash onions and green peppers and cut into shreds. Wash the oyster mushrooms and tear into small pieces. Wash the lettuce and dry it. Chop the meat filling (I used it directly to make the meatballs), stuff the meat filling into the lotus root clips with a spoon, press it tightly and mix the seasoning according to your own taste
