Baby Cabbage with Garlic Sauce

Baby cabbage is really a versatile vegetable! The soup is delicious, stir-fried and refreshing. You can also eat it by rinsing it in a hot pot. Prepare the required ingredients.

Cut off the bottom of the baby cabbage, break it apart and wash it. Cut each piece into two and tear it into long strips for later use.
