Grilled chicken with onion
Overview
Bake the whole city and let love bake! Recently, I have used Changdi 3.5 version electric oven CKTF-32GS to cook several dishes. I feel that the dishes this oven can make are quite versatile, but there are many functions that I have not used yet. The dish today is roasted chicken, but I did not use the 360° rotating roasting fork exactly according to the rules. I did other things during the roasting process. I did not turn the roasted chicken in time, and even one place was burnt. It was all my fault, but I also don’t know how to fork a chicken filled with green onions

Ingredients
Steps
-
Marinate the chicken with soy sauce, sugar, and wine for 20 minutes. Chop the onions, shallots, and scallions. Add the ginger powder and salt and mix well
-
Fry the onions in oil and set aside
-
Stuff the fried green onions (remainder) into the marinated chicken belly
-
Take a piece of tin foil and put the remaining green onions
-
Then put the chicken on the green onions and coat with oil
-
Preheat the Changdi 3.5 electric oven to 200 degrees, put the baking sheet in, and bake for a total of 60 minutes
-
Flip the chicken halfway (it won’t be so troublesome if you use a 360° rotating roasting fork)
-
Take out the roasted chicken, take out the green onions from the chicken cavity, and keep the juice
-
Place roasted green onions on the plate
-
Put the chopped chicken on the green onions and dip it in the juice from the chicken belly when eating
