I make this dish often, and it goes great with rice and noodles.

Prepare the main ingredients, boil the chicken in water, peel the potatoes, cut into large pieces and set aside;

Put oil in the wok, when the oil is hot, add garlic slices, ginger slices, red pepper, star anise, Sichuan peppercorns, and cinnamon, and stir-fry until fragrant;

Pour in the chicken and stir-fry;

Add cooking wine, soy sauce and sweet noodle sauce and stir-fry, add 300ml water and bring to a boil;

Pour into the pressure cooker;

Add diced potatoes and a pinch of salt;

Choose chicken/duck for pressure cooker;

When it is done, the pressure cooker will beep to remind you. Open the lid, select the juice collection function, and add the onions cut into large pieces;

Just before serving, add diced green and red peppers and green onions.

Boil a bowl of lasagna, pour it with soup, it’s delicious
