【Tianjin】Three fresh braised vegetables
Overview
Northerners love to eat pasta, so noodles are naturally very popular. We are very particular about eating noodles here. We eat longevity noodles for birthdays, wedding noodles, and even lo mein noodles on the second day of the first lunar month. Eating lo mein means that everything will go smoothly and good days will last for a long time. There are many ways to eat noodles, and there are many kinds of braised ingredients for mixing noodles. Three delicacies braised noodles is a more classic one. For weddings and birthdays, three delicacies must be cooked on the second day of the Spring Festival. There are also various combinations of three fresh marinated dishes, and my version is a more traditional one.

Remove heads and shells from fresh shrimps, remove intestines, wash pork, dried sesame seeds and gluten
