Cut the tofu into small pieces, add cooking wine to the meat filling, marinate with soy sauce to add flavor, and chop green onions.

Heat oil in a pan for about 5 minutes, add chopped green onion, and stir-fry the meat filling. Add Pixian chili sauce and black bean chili sauce until the meat filling becomes granular, stir-fry until fragrant, and stir-fry evenly.

Add the tofu, stir-fry slowly and evenly without breaking the tofu; add a small bowl of water, bring to a boil, and simmer for 5 minutes.

Add sugar and salt to taste, make the soup thicken, sprinkle pepper powder on the surface, remove from the pot and serve on a plate.
