Kimchi Fatty Beef Udon
Overview
The Korean Wave has been around for so long. I believe everyone has eaten spicy rice cakes. Even if they haven’t, they should have seen it a few times in Korean dramas. However, I have always felt that fried rice cake is not fried, but more like boiled, because only a few side dishes need to be fried, and the rest can be thrown into the pot and stewed. But what’s going on with this bowl of kimchi fat beef udon? It’s a long story. What I originally planned to make last week was not only stir-fried spicy rice cakes, but also a fat beef roll with golden needles in sour soup. But I was too lazy to buy rice cakes, so I decided to use a bag of udon noodles in the refrigerator. What about the beef rolls with sour soup and golden needles? I didn’t buy the chili sauce for making sour soup. The fat beef had already been bought and I couldn’t eat it, so I finally allocated it here. The two dishes are combined into one dish. The side dishes are more than the udon noodles. Even if the beef is not added, the udon noodles are still very large. It is definitely suitable for friends who have a big appetite and want to eat a lot. A bowl of noodles that can be used as soup, dish, or rice is so suitable for this cold weather.
