Sea catfish is a small shallow-sea fish with a very fresh taste. Its meat is rich in water and has soft bones and few spines, so it is good whether it is braised or made into soup.

Prepare the ingredients

Remove the gills and belly of the sea catfish, wash it, cut it into sections, sprinkle some salt on it, and rub it to remove the mucus,

Wash with clean water,

Crack an egg into the fish and mix well.

Heat the oil in the pan, add the fish segments

Fry until the egg liquid is solidified, then scoop it out.

Take a casserole and put in sea catfish,
