Sour radish and duck soup
Overview
I soaked a bottle of pickled radish earlier, why not take some and make soup. This time I added too much pickled radish, which made the soup a bit sour. I will reduce the amount next time. I'm used to using a rice cooker to make soup, and it won't overflow without having to watch the heat (╮(╯▽╰)╭, well, to be honest, I'm just lazy). The heat may be a little different, but it's still quite delicious.

Steps
-
Prepare the ingredients, wash them, put the duck into pieces, slice the ginger, and cut the green onions into sections;
-
Heat a pan, add a small amount of oil, add ginger, onion, and peppercorns and stir-fry until fragrant, then add duck pieces and an appropriate amount of rice wine and stir-fry until the water is dry; of course, you can blanch the duck pieces first and then stir-fry;
-
Put the fried duck pieces into the rice cooker, add the red dates and wolfberry peels at the same time, pour in an appropriate amount of water, and you can start cooking;
-
After 1 hour, add the sour radish and continue to cook for half an hour; if you like the radish softer, you can cook it longer;
-
Finally, add an appropriate amount of salt to taste, and you can drink it.
