-
Four meters, the same amount.
-
Five beans, be sure to add some mung beans.
-
There is no need to have too many of the six fruits, just a little of each
-
If you have time, soak the rice as much as possible.
-
Try to soak the beans as much as you can when you have time.
-
Soak rice; wash the rice and beans and then soak them. When cooking porridge, add the rice soaking water into the pot to prevent nutrient loss;
-
First put the beans into the pressure cooker, add an appropriate amount of water, and cook over medium-low heat until it boils;
-
Then add soaked rice and rice soaking water;
-
Add all the dried fruits except the wolfberry, turn up the heat, cook until the pressure cooker is steaming, then turn to low heat and press for 15 minutes;
-
After natural exhaust, open the lid of the pot and add wolfberry fruits; if you like sweetness, you can add rock sugar or brown sugar;
-
Continue to heat up, without adding the pressure cooker lid, and cook on high heat for five minutes.
