Carrot and lotus root cake--an appetizing breakfast cake
Overview
This cake uses more ingredients, is more nutritious, and the rich colors stimulate the vision. My son felt hungry when he saw it, haha. Pancakes made with low flour and starch have a very soft texture and can also be made with ordinary flour. A total of 8 lotus root cakes were made with these ingredients.
