Slice the pork loin, add salt, starch and appropriate amount of water

Mix well and marinate for 10 minutes

Boil water in a pot, blanch the soybean sprouts, take them out for 2 minutes

Heat an appropriate amount of oil in a pot, add Sichuan peppercorns and dried chili peppers and stir-fry until fragrant (be sure to use low heat, as dried chili peppers can easily burn)
