This beef patty that Turks love to eat is called kadinbudukofte. It can be found on family dinner tables and in supermarket deli counters. It looks simple, but if you don't follow the recipe, you still can't get the taste. It took me a few tries before I got the hang of it.

  1. Prepare all kinds of food

  3. Add a small amount of salad oil to the wok. When the oil is hot, add onions and sauté until lightly browned
