Mix the yeast and flour evenly, add an appropriate amount of warm water, knead the dough until smooth and let it rise in a warm place

Ferment until doubled in size

Add peanut oil, chopped green onion, minced ginger, Vida, salt and MSG into the meat filling and stir clockwise to stir.

Fully deflate the fermented dough, divide it into small pieces (just slightly larger than the dumpling wrapper), and roll it into a dough thicker than the dumpling wrapper.

Wrap in the prepared fillings

Heat some peanut oil in a pan, add the wrapped buns one by one and fry until the bottom is golden brown. Add 1 teaspoon of flour to 1 bowl of water to make a batter and pour it into the pot. Cover the pot and fry until the water is completely evaporated.
