Fried Crab in Typhoon Shelter

Overview

Needless to say, there is fried crab in Typhoon Shelter. It is one of the more popular dishes in the Typhoon Shelter series.

Materials are ready.
Marinate the crab pieces lightly with salt and cooking wine, and sprinkle with flour to coat.
Heat the oil in the pot, add minced garlic and dried chili segments.
Fry until fragrant and take it out.
Fry the crab pieces until the surface is golden brown and set aside.
Heat the remaining oil in the pot, add minced garlic, dried chili segments and black bean and stir-fry. Add a little salt and sugar to taste, add the crab pieces to the pan and stir-fry evenly before serving.
