Taro Sausage Rice

Peel, wash and dice the taro

Dice the carrots, soak the mushrooms and dice them, chop the garlic sprouts and green onions and set aside

Dice the sausage and set aside

Put a little more oil in the wok than usual for cooking, heat it up, add in diced taro and fry until cooked (this will make it crispier and more fragrant than the fried taro)

Save the oil for frying the taro and frying the sausage. Also leave the oil after frying the sausage

Sauté the carrots

Add mushrooms and continue frying

Then pour in the fried sausage and taro

Finally add the chopped green onions and garlic sprouts

Add rice, salt and soy sauce

Stir well and serve (if you like spicy food, you can add a little chili)
