Steps
-
Wash the pork ribs and drain the water, put them into a bowl, add dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, salt, sugar, cooking wine and white pepper, mix well, refrigerate and marinate to taste
-
Pour salad oil into the pot, add a few slices of ginger and saute until fragrant
-
Put the ribs into the oil pan
-
Fry both sides of the ribs until golden brown
-
Add some cooking wine to remove the fishy smell again
-
Pour in tomato sauce
-
Pour in a small amount of fruit vinegar or white vinegar (it will help the meat crisp up), stir well, then cover and simmer for half a minute
-
Then add sugar, the amount of sugar must be more
-
After pouring in warm water (never add cold water, the meat will shrink and taste bad)
-
Cover and simmer over medium-low heat for about 40 minutes
-
This is after cooking for 40 minutes, the juice has thickened
-
Turn on high heat and stir-fry continuously to reduce the juice. Pour in balsamic vinegar and stir-fry evenly before serving
-
Take it out of the pan and put it on a plate and sprinkle with shredded green onions
