Steamed Chicken with Day Needles and Fungus

Wash and dry the three-yellow chicken and chop into small pieces.

Add salt, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, cooking wine, and sugar and stir to taste. Add starch and stir evenly. Finally, pour in the salad oil and stir evenly. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for more than an hour. (If the chicken is fat, you don’t need to add salad oil)

Cut green onion into sections and slice ginger.

Soak and wash the day lily and spread it on the bottom of the plate.

Spread the fungus on top of the day lily.

Spread the marinated chicken pieces on top.

Add scallions and ginger slices. Steam in a steamer over high heat for about 25 minutes.

After steaming, remove the ginger slices and green onion segments.
