Stir-fried beef with green onions

Soak fresh beef in water to absorb enough water and add baking soda.

Marinate with five-spice powder, light soy sauce, salt, black pepper and appropriate amount of water starch for ten minutes.

Chop onions and carrots and set aside.

Cut the white and green parts of the scallions separately.

Heat oil in a pan, add shredded pork and fry until cooked through. Remove from pan and set aside.

Add scallions, celery, ginger and garlic. Continue to stir-fry.

Add Pixian bean paste and stir-fry evenly.

Add the fried shredded beef. Stir quickly.

Add onions and carrots.

Add green onions. The green part. Continue to stir-fry and add a little dark soy sauce for color.
