The fragrance of fish and rice
Overview
The name of this dish was chosen by me. The meaning is that first of all, it smells like fish. The fried chicken looks like glutinous rice and becomes white. It is also wrapped in a multi-grain bun and eaten. It is a good sign of returning home with a full load.

Peel the potatoes and cut into cubes the size of soybeans, fry in hot oil until golden brown.

Mix minced garlic, minced green onion, minced ginger, sugar, vinegar, dark soy sauce, starch and water into a sauce.

Heat the oil in the pot, stir-fry the onion and ginger until fragrant, add the chicken and stir-fry quickly.

After the chicken turns white, add the diced bell pepper and stir-fry for about fifteen seconds. Add the diced potatoes.

Add Pixian hot sauce and stir-fry until red oil appears.
